Dr. Emilie Sy, MD

Dr. Sy-te misdiagnosed my 3 1/2 year old. She also kept referring to my child as either a 2 year old or a 4 year old during our visit, but never their correct age. Also misdiagnosed my child with speech issues because they were too scared to respond to her questions. Dr. Sy-te is by far the worst physician I’ve ever seen and I will never bring my child here again. I can’t believe we waited 4 months to see a total quack. Also, the speech therapist (who later evaluated my child as completely normal) was very concerned about the misdiagnoses we received from Emilie Sy-te.

She listened to our concerns, she took the time during each visit to watch and examine our son and to properly diagnose him. The doctor herself. She did not treat us like a number and instead treated us with concern, fully listening during the entire appointment. She truly has the patients best interest at heart and addressed every concern I had

I believe her name was Danielle or Daniella but she coordinated with me prior to and after the appointment. I informed her I needed a doctor's note for my son's school. She not only faxed the note over to the school within 20 minutes after our appointment ended but she also sent a copy to "My Chart" for our records. After she faxed the doctor's note to the school, she called me and told me that the letter was faxed and sent to "My Chart". She went above and beyond and I really appreciated the note being faxed so quickly and her letting me know it was done. My son has perfect attendance this year and it is important that the note be sent to the school. She did great-thank you!

The front desk lady was very nice and friendly when I got to my appointment.

This physician is the LAST person who should work with children. Cold, dismissive, and completely oblivious to my child’s needs. DO NOT take your special needs child to see this doctor. We both left in tears today.

Everything with the whole practice was a excellent experience

I would not recommend this dr. at all to anyone. Not child friendly at all, rude to customers, told us our daughter needed speech therapy, but a specialist said she was exactly where she needed to be and questioned why she sent my daughter to her.
