Dr. Emilia Ripoll, MD

Dr Ripoll sent me an apology for letting me "drop through the cracks". She said she was sending a refund. Superbill she gave me to send in myself for the $350.00 I paid was not reimbursed by Medicare and my supplement. THE REFUND FROM HER NEVER CAME. I waited two hrs in her office for nothing. She didn't even take a urine sample. I had a bad urine infection!

I use to use Dr. Ripoll but she moved her practice to Florida very suddenly and without notice. She promised to use tele-medicine to continue with her previous patients but never responded. I met a few of her Colorado patients and they were dismayed as well that she just up and left. I finally gave up trying to continue with her and just requested my files so I could find another Dr. locally. I was promised the file but again, zip, nada, nothing. Competency wise, she seems excellent.

horrible office. Staff lies to you. They collect money on tests and then send you to collections as they pocket the money.

It has been over 4 months since my kidney stone surgery and I continue to have lingering pain from either the surgery or the stent. It has been impossible to get any assistance from the doctor who preformed the surgery and nothing but the most superficial concern from Dr. Ripoll. She might be a brilliant medical scholar, but she has left me hanging to deal with the ongoing pain and discomfort since my surgery. Calls are almost never answered in this office, and messages rarely returned.

I had a very positive experience working with Dr Ripoll. I have suffered with ED and BPH. She helped feel at ease and trusting the process. I received the The Priapus Shot, and within a day I experienced significant improvement regarding BPH. I highly recommend this procedure.

Dr. Ripoll is a wise, compassionate doctor who truly listens. She takes into account your needs so that you feel supported in your healing. I wish she was closer to Boulder, but it was worth the trip. The first time I went she had aromatherapy in her office and it felt so healing. She is knowledgeable and open to alternative approaches. Dr.Ripoll is the best Urologist I have been to and I have been to a few. Dr. Ripoll spends all the time you need to listen and make sure you get taken care of. I had a difficult issue that was not easy to diagnose Dr. Ripoll discovered it right off the bat and suggested several options to fix the issue. I will say she is an angel, doctors like this don't come around often. i highly recommend her, the staff is amazing this is an office that goes the extra mile.

Dr. Ripoli gave me such a professional, pleasant interview to make sure that she connected with my problem and me. She did not rush me but cared to know how she could help me best. She did not push me into painful and expensive tests like others doctors had. She spent lots of time educating me on natural, and medical ways to make sure that I have a healthy Urinary Tract. Read her list of suggestions for natural and medical treatments. She is outstanding in care, caring, professionalism.

Dr. Ripoll is a very special doctor and person. She is incredibly warm and kind with a great bedside manner. I can't say enough good about my experience in my first meeting with her. She gave me her full and undivided and caring attention and had great suggestions. She also did a great job to allay my concerns.
