Male Receptionist on the phone was extremely rude when I asked simple questions. I was asking the price for a service that insurance does not cover and was shopping around. They refused to disclose the price and told me it was posted on their front door and I would have to drive there to see the prices. When I asked if they could disclose the price because driving there would be really out of my way they simply hung up on me.

He Does not communicate well, asked me to bring reports without give me clear direction what to include in, which cause a delayed of time, I called him and he did not return my calls, very unsuccessful experience.
