This person was a fair and good doctor at one point, but over the years she has become very horrible. I used to be one of her biggest supporters been a fellow Jamaican I supported her and she was my primary physician but I had to leave. She is rude, constantly late and lies. If you a patient of Dr. Neil and you decide to leave be prepared to get the run around to get your medical records transferred to your new doctor. I am not sure where she changes but she changed over the years.
