My 4 children have been seeing Dr. Akturk for 4 years. She is professional, kind, and personable. She is not pushy with her opinions, which I highly appreciated, especially when discussing vaccines. We love her!

My experiences with Dr. Akturk is far from the negative reviews I have seen here today. She examined my infant/toddler daughter several times over the past two years. Dr. Akturk always shows a keen interest in my daughter's development, answers all of our questions thoroughly and has an excellent bedside manner. I can't believe the other reviews here are genuine.

Didn't even want to speak to me, sent her receptionist to forward a useless message, not once but twice. And she was the on call doctor, what good is she if she can't even be bothered to hear me out. My child was in severe pain for a condition that doesn't require an ER visit at 1am, instead a prescription pain med or even some real advice would have sufficed. She had the audacity to have her staff call and tell me to give my child OTC pain med, duh!! don't you think I tried that already.
