She is very caring and empathetic. I am a nurse and have seen many different types of physicians. Dr. Lo is a good one! The staff are kind and helpful too.

Do not go to this doctor she has a very poor bedside manner, she never returns important phone calls when you need to talk about your medication and then stops giving you medication without notice. She's says she will phone it in and never does. She needs to go back to medical school and learn how to be a real doctor. I wouldn't take my dog to her.
