Dr Hussein is a great physician as for the staff in the front they are incompetent everytime I call to get a refill of my medication for my anxiety they say okay I'll let the Dr know and it will be sent to the pharmacy the same day which doesn't occur even when I say I have one pill left. This makes my anxiety worse and affects my well being. The front staff should be aware that they represent the office and the Dr that employs them. What makes matters worse is when I have to call back they have a attitude like it's my fault. The front staff needs to be reintroduced to proper phone etiquette or the Dr will lose patients by not coming back.

As a physician myself, I would not recommend this doctor or clinic if you value your life. The front staff is incompetent, the doctor lackluster and negligent. I take a serious medication. Missing it leads to a hospital admission. I called them the moment they opened, 9 am, to let them know that I needed a prescription sent ASAP to my pharmacy. I called every hour or so. This isn't a scheduled medication, narcotic or anything like that. A few clicks on the computer. Finally, at 1 pm they told me they verbally spoke to him 2 hours later no medication sent to my pharmacy and I'm on my way to the emergency room in hopes I get there before I fall into a coma. I've never complained about a doctor, wrote a review, etc. I hope this saves even a single patient from experiencing this ineptitude and negligence. I would be having this same conversation with the doctor directly if I referred a patient to him and this occurred. For other patients sake I'll be putting in a complaint to the medical board as well.

Multiple attempts by the staff and doctor to get me to schedule unnecessary appointments. I have never had to go back for another apointment to have paperwork completed when my lab results came in. The technician performed an EKG with poor reading , artifacts. The MD wanted me to come back to their office for an echo. At 29 years old with no medical history, family history or complaints, this was absolutely unecesary. Needles to say, another ekg that week done properly was fine.
