Doctor Review
Nothing but the truth Sorry to say:I usually do not say negative things about Doctors and Facilities, however, this time I will make it short and to the point. My spouse and I were recommended to this doctor from the Weber Cancer Center! So, we made an appointment with this Great Lakes Cancer Management Specialists. Professionalism: This Doctor strongly tends to be his way, and if the patient is on drugs that this doctor does not like will scar you not to take these drugs. With out seeing or understand just why the patient is on these drugs. Good and bad points the patient already knew these issues. Then if this doctor does not get their way with you this doctor will state 'You do not trust his decision' Attitude: This doctor seems to be too sure of himself. My paperwork that I give this doctor seems that he did not even look over assumed to be intimidated. Doctor goes on defensive quickly. If you are “65+ or a veteran, well-educated I do not recommend this doctor.

My mom was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2018. After her surgery she was referred to Dr. Knoll. Dr. Knoll is the best Dr. a million times over. He was with my mom every step throughout her treatment. He is very calm, he listens and every and all questions, he makes sue your understand all of his answers, never in a hurry, he is very comforting, caring, explains everything with the greatest detail. Dr. Knoll and his staff are me and my moms guardian angel’s, we are very blessed to have him as my moms oncologist. Dr. Knoll and staff, thank you for saving my moms life, the compassion, care, dedication you provide daily, to all your patients is amazing and more then anybody can ask for. We are blessed and forever great-full. Thank you

Went for a second opinion and decided to stay. I recently was diagnosed with lung cancer and the cancer doctor I was sent to did not explain anything to me and was planning to start me on some very aggressive treatments that I wasn't comfortable with. I went to Dr Knoll for a second opinion and he patiently explained my diagnosis to me and gave me all the treatment options. We decided on something I was much more comfortable with. Glad I decided to get a second opinion.

My mother has caner. She was admitted to hospital. I arrive at hospital at 745 am and quickly go to the nurses station to see what doctors have rounded my mom's room. The nurse says none yet. I stress to the nurse the importance of seeing the oncologist so that me and my siblings could discuss things with him. The nurse sendsaid him messages all day. He didn't open them nor respond. 8 hours layer I call his office to find out why no one from oncology him nor his on call has come in. I'm told he went home to enjoy his weekend and will see her Monday. Horrible!! Then his office says he will call me in 30 minutes when he gets home. Never called me. Horrible!!! Now the nurse is trying to figure out why him nor his on call will respond. Horrible. Needless to say 12 hours later no doctor has been in and no phone calls received. Worst doctor ever.
