Present
Was there for me when I needed him. Wasn't quick to administer medication but had a wholistic perspective, and administered meaningful psychotherapy. Today I myself am a children's psychologist because of the healing process he started with me 16 years ago.

Don’t trust him
Dr. Kranzler had me on a medication that was making me sick for years and adamantly said the science backed it instead of listening to me. When I went to another doctor, the new doctor immediately put me on a good medicine for me which the system won’t let me mention which restored my entire life instead of ignoring me as opposed to with Dr. Kranzler I was non-functional for years due to his over medicating me with the wrong medicine. He also failed to file insurance paper work that cost my family a fortune. I recommend staying away from Dr: Kranzler and getting much better care. Shalom. From a different doctor I got well in 3 sessions rather than the 10 years I foolishly spent with Dr. Kranzler being sick. Save yourselves.

It’s rare to find a psychiatrist who is not only knowledge about medications, but, who is also an excellent psychoanalyst. He is kind brilliant therapist & doesn’t not push drugs. He is everything you want In a therapists and more.

I've Known Dr. Kranzler for nearly 15 years. He is exceptional. He has been thoughtful, patient and engaging. He has given me life lessons along the way to better myself as a husband, father and friend. I am eternally grateful to him.

Dr. Kranzler enhanced my life with his compassionate and humorous therapeutic expertise. I really grew from my time with him, comfronted some demons and found strengths I didn't know I had. He is both kind and instructive, empathetic and motivating. He's great for kids and adults.
