I started seeing Dr KALAUAWA in the early 90s seeing him every month for 23 years very professional help me through possibly the worst times of my life. Very caring doctor.

Elliot has been a true partner in my halthcare desicions since the 90's and a wonderful friend I can still have a laugh with. "LAUGHTER IS GREAT MEDICINE!!!"

Dr. Kalauawa is a dedicated member of this society , and as well as a dedicated Physician. Dr. Kalauawa is rare in his treatment of his patients, because he doesn't care about the payment. There is a sign in the waiting room where everyone signs in; it reads: We treat people with no insurance, and most all types of insurances. I've never seen this in any office of other Doctors. His core belief is helping people who are underprivileged and have less opportunity to resources to them. I.Kaneshiro

I love this doctor. Its very refreshing and comforting that we still have good, old fashioned, approachable and trust worthy doctors. if you have a question he's already anticipated it and has the answers readily available and takes the time to explain all angles to you. He also enjoys if you've done your research and is ready to engage in deeper conversation about your condition. The state of Hawaii is fortunate to have him serving in the medical field. Thank you Doctor!
