I've been a patient with Dr. Ross for approximately 9-10 yrs. She always makes me feel at ease when she 1st greets me. She listens intently to my detailed synopsis of what is ailing me at every appointment. Dr. Ross puts a plan into effect for me to follow to resolve my ailment at the time and at the last follow-up appointment she instructs me with a preventive plan to follow. She directs me to a specialist whenever necessary and has been right on target every time. Thank you Dr. Ross.

She is pretty good- but her administrative staff is terrible they simply don't care. They stand around talking to each other instead of taking care of patients. I also had to call several times for my refill and orders for diagnostic testing. Won't be back.

From the staff member at check-in, to the staff member taking blood work, this office was a pleasant Monday morning visit. Dr. Ross was very personable with great bedside manner. It can be overwhelming to search for a new PCP in a new location. After she introduced herself, any previous doubt subsided. Dr. Ross took the time to listen and explain in detail every part of the appointment. I would recommend Dr. Ross to anyone in search of a new PCP.

Condescending, does not LISTEN. Medical records inaccurate and dismissive. Gave clear impression that she did not care, despite disabled status, seeking specialists to diagnose condition. Emotionally cold. Tried to shoehorn serious symptoms of disease, asking about depression and whether I exercised enough! Did not even ask basic questions: like mammogram. Pathetic.
