No longer caring
Dr. Loeffler used to be a lot more caring. She now comes across as in a hurry, a haughty attitude and bored with seeing patients. I do not know if CoVid has her scared, or if she is having family issues herself. But has a doctor, her own personal issues should be put aside and the patient should be her first priority. I would not recommend her to anyone and I myself will be looking for a new doctor. That is a shame because I have been seeing her for over 10 years.

Very unfriendly and cold
The staff are awesome but I don’t recommend Dr. Loeffler. She isn’t very friendly and seems like she is in a bad mood when I’ve seen her. I’ve never seen her smile. More importantly, I don’t trust that she really cares about my health and wellbeing. Sad.

Dismissive and uninterested. Her office didn't take time to review orders from surgeon and instructed me to get duplicate tests. When called out on the mistake both staff and Dr Loeffler were rude. Was addressed by my last name only. Not Ms. Not Mrs. Just my last name by staff member.
