Knowledgeable and Caring
We have been seeing Dr. Jacobson for my son’s acne treatment and psoriasis. She took a different approach and we have had great results under her care. She is leaving her current location, but we will be driving to her new location even though it’s out of the way because we love her bedside manner.

Love Dr Jacobson
Dr Jacobson was very quick but very effective. She explains well what decisions she’s making on treatment and answers any questions quickly! When I proposed a concern she very quickly ran a test and solved the problem for me. I’ll continue going to her.

Don't trust her
I saw her for several reasons. I had a small recessed oval scar below the bridge of my nose. When asked, she said that she would use punch surgery to bring the sides together and I would have a straight scar plus needle marks. NOW I have a big, round indented scar. I cannot say how awful and untruthful this arrogant, know it all doctor is, in my opinion.

Dr Jacobsen has been caring for myself, husband, children and father for over ten years. Her quality of care and knowledge is EXCELLENT. She detected cancerous spots on my father more then once and successfully removed them. Her bed side manner is always good.

I think the staff at Skin MD are terrific -- they've taken care of my whole family for years, both with minor issues and ongoing ones. My teenagers especially like Dr. Jacobson's demeanor and I always appreciate that she helps us find alternatives for pricier prescriptions. I can be an alarmist and she is very pragmatic and conservative in her approach.

Worst cosmetic dermatologist visit ever. Dr. Jacobson is very nice but she doesn't know anything about cosmetics. Her recent advertisement makes it sound like she is a pro, but I was disappointed that I knew more than she did.
