Dr. Cooke and the whole staff made me feel welcome and less apprehensive about my treatment and answered all my questions.

Dr. Cooke was very concerned about my treatments and how my body was reacting. The radiations technicians were very caring and understanding and made me feel comfortable and relaxed with every appointment.

The radiation team is so patient and kind. They make you feel comfortable and important.

I must echo previous reviewer comments about the outstanding experience I had with Dr. Cooke and her staff at ACT. You are not just a case # here, but a person. Staff always greets you with a smile. I was greeted by name, checked in promptly upon arriving for treatments and treatment was prompt also. Dr. Cooke meets weekly with patients to review progress, answer concerns and explain any questions a patient has. The best experience I have had in a medical office by far. This team is the shining star of radiation therapy. Wishing Dr. Cooke and her team... Dr. Cooke, as well as her support staff (nurse, dosimetrist, and radiation therapist) were professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable from the beginning to completion. they have a very smooth running operation. without hesitation I would recommend Dr. Cooke and staff.

Ive been seeing this doctor a month and some weeks and every time I've had the best care and always leave with a smile. The staff, nurses and receptionists are always so kind and ALWAYS remembered my name. The whole experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone whose needing care. This is the best care ive ever received.

ACT has a perfect formula at Dr. Cooke's office on Webb Road. The entire facility and staff are so friendly and extremely prompt on schedule. Somehow they manage a steady patient flow without creating the usual hustle and bustle associated with most med facilities. I agree with another respondent on the website; I am (a little) sad to be finished with my treatments!

Dr. Cooke was caring, compassionate and very personable. She encouraged me to stick it out when I wanted to quit treatment. I felt I could call and get help at any time. Her nurse and radiation techs were equally caring and available.

Cancer is never fun, but the cheerful attitudes of Dr. Cooke and all the people at Advanced Cancer Therapy made my disease easier to bear. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction. At my first consultation with Dr. Cooke, she took as much time as was necessary to fully explain the radiation process and answer all of my questions. Dr. Cooke is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Her staff also follows that same philosophy. They definitely do their job well and they treat everyone the way they want to be treated. Such an amazing doctor and staff. They are doing a very difficult job dealing with cancer day after day but they make a difficult situation for the patients easier to deal with. My 93 year old mother needed treatment for neck cancer and our ENT sent us to Dr. Cooke. The ENT could not have chosen a better doctor to care for mother. She spent more time with us in the initial consultation than any of the surgeons who operated on her or her general practitioner ever has. Her concern was expressed several times during the 33 treatments Mom received. We would highly recommend Dr. Cooke.
