1st, no fault of her own, with her broken English, my 15 year old did not understand anything she was being told. Of course, she mumbles and speaks way to quickly on top of the broken English which makes it impossible to communicate, which you need. Then she totally misses an opportunity to diagnose my daughter and treat her correctly and I was blown away with how in lieu of actually treating her she was pushing her off to a PHP, which was not in no way needed. She is way off! Neg Star!!!
