EXCELLENT

I've been seeing her for the last 3 years (even though she isn't my PCP??? I didn't even know that she wasn't allowed to see me until now) and each time she has dismissed every concern of mine and even said to me that I am like this because I am "on my phone all the time" and am going through "puberty". I had to practically force her to check my hormone levels and only then did I find out I had a hormonal imbalance. I have been diagnosed with PCOS by my OBGYN and ever since I have gone to Dr. Ella's office she has repeatedly dismissed me or has forgotten what my conditions even are. She is very brutal when talking to you and honestly I feel anxious every time I see her. I won't be coming to this office ever again. Quite frankly, I hope she isn't like this to her other patients! She gets the job done if you have the common cold, flu, sinusitis, etc. but I do not recommend her at all if you have any underlying conditions because you will not be taken seriously whatsoever.

I would say that yes she tells you the truth of her explanation of any problems of our medical conditions, but she's going brutally as to hurt you feelings... plus she was rushing me and my little sister for not answering her questions instead of taking our time, which is very rude.. by saying " Oh my god, WAKE UP!" shouldn't say out loud... i'm sorry, i would say she's a good doctor, but not as comfortable to answer my questions with. Which can leads into poor customer service.
