Good Doctor, Bad Office
Good experience with the doctor for a colonoscopy - but calling the office for an appointment or asking a question is impossible. I’ve had to call 2-3 times and leave a message in order to hear back from them.

I saw Dr Williams in emergency consultation in the ER. I was very impressed with her. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I followed up with her in the course of my hospital stay and she explained patiently what the best course of treatment would be, which I followed with good results. She was excellent. I would definitely recommend her. I felt very confident when in her care.

Unreachable
I was given a referral to Dr. Williams by my primary care Nurse Practitioner and I tried over and over again to reach her office, was put on hold quite a while, and then told by machine that they could not answer the call but would call me back and to leave a message -- which I did on four occasions, each time, repeat ..... on hold a long time; then told to leave a number and that I would get a call-back; then left name and number; then no one called me back. FOUR TIMES this happened. Finally I decided I would not want to a Dr. with an office this discombobulated and does not return calls. I left that in a message and, guess what? They called me right back and they told me that yes, my appointment had been cancelled. And that was that. No apology for not returning my four calls. I am told the Dr. is great. But the office and staff and not.

I recommend her highly
My visit was a very positive one. I had to find new doctors since moving upstate. My experiences have been very negative up here, because , it seems, when they encounter someone as old as me, I get switched to a P.A or N.P. Once, in an ENT office, they absolutely refused to have me see the doctor. Her off label medication never worked. I never went back Dr. Williams saw me, listened to me, replied to my questions. She also has a good staff who are very helpful.

Dr Williams treated my husband’s impaired eating and swallowing in 2016 to the point that he was exceedingly week and feared for his life. My husband have gone to several doctors prior to seeing Dr Willuams and did not seem to help. Dr Williams was able to correct his predicament and revouped so successfully. Now my husband is again in the same state. By my one call to Premier he will be seen immediately as soon as Dr Williams is back at work two days from now. FAITH is a plus.
