Dr. Elizabeth Vevera, MD

I visited this Dr for Annual Physical, though initially when I called they said they don't have appointment until next year, they called us back in a day and asked us to come for an appointment as they have some one who cancelled and she can take us in. When I visit for annual physical she billed me $316.52 for this service when asked why they are billing, she mentioned that we didn't come for annual physical we can for new patient setup consultation so that will be charging for this visit #300. I don't understand who in this world will go see dr for initial introduction and pays $300 probably VIP not me for sure.Don't go to this dr, she over charges you for your visit is what we feel from our experience.We opened up a claim with them and they don't respond but keep sending bills asking to pay, Peter to stay away from these kind of practices and dr.

I had been Dr. Vevera's patient since 2000. She is excellent and attentive physician. Always takes her time and never rush me and always ask me questions. She is very thorough with her check ups. I had left GA but when I came back I just resumed like I never left. I had left GA again and I understand when they say it is hard to find a doctor and even at that a GREAT DR like Dr. V. The staff has always been great and never had given me any problems. I will miss this practice.

I've gone to Dr. Vevera for years. I was surprised to see a 3.9 review score. I find her attentive, gives you all the time you need and talks to you at your level. Her office staff is just good.

Always the best care with a dialogue!

Just moved to Georgia and my family needs a new doctor. My mom, who needs meds and is on Medicare, needs to see a doctor in order to get refills. My mom called and the first thing they asked is if she is on Medicare. My mom confirmed and the individual at the doctors office seemed to have lost interest. They told my mom their first appointment available is after the first of the year; 4 months, really?? Seems that this may be their way of not taking Medicare patients. Guess, my family will need to keep searching for a PCP and I will notify UHC of this providers business practice. If you can't see new patients for 4+ months, you are essentially not taking new patients. Based on the providers response to my mom, I'm assuming you are not taking Medicare patients either. Steer clear of this provider. Even if the doctor happens to be good, her business practice is not.

I lived in Ga for over four years and just recently moved to MO. Dr. vevera was the best most caring physician I have ever experienced. She is great doctor and works with you to find the best solution to your issue!

Dr. Vevera spends a lot of time with you and is very thorough. The staff is very courteous and friendly. If you need to see her on the same day they try to accommodate you. I just relocated to the area and was referred to Dr. Vevera. I have moved a lot in the past and it is hard to find a doctor that you feel comfortable with. I feel extremely comfortable with Dr. Vevera.
