Dr. Elizabeth Tu, DO

I am so happy and relieved to have found a PCP that I can trust. If anyone knows, having to change physicians can be very stressful. Trying to find someone who actually listens to you and will take the time to address your needs and concerns can be difficult. Dr. Tu was so compassionate and thorough during my visit. She was like a breath of fresh air. Once my appointment started with her she asked me how I was doing and if there were any issues I am concerned about. She included me in decision-making regarding prescriptions she was leaning towards prescribing. She explained to me the side effects of each new medication and asked 'are you ok with those'. I really appreciated that. My visit felt like I had known her forever. I highly recommend her. 5 stars plus

Dr Tu and her team are fantastic! Dr Tu spends the extra time to truly understand your needs. Her communication during and after the visit are exceptional. HIGHLY recommend Dr Tu and her team!

As always, DR. TU shows the professionalism of a dedicated Doctor. She takes the time to ask me questions as to my well being. The best doctor I have ever had. While I was having a health crisis, she took the time to call us in Tennessee, before we had seen her for the first time.

Was able to get a same day appt with Dr Tu which was great. She diagnosed my hand injury and was able to get me same day x-rays. Usually it takes days to get an appt with your PCP, but I always can get either a same day appt in the office or by video call. She doesnt pack her schedule and make you wait, she values your time and promply sees you at time of appt.

Dr Tu goes above and beyond to explain things to patients as well as taking the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. I have never had a doctor as willing to share info and engage conversation to make sure all my questions were answered. I never leav the office still wondering about anything!

She listens, doesn’t rush. And is observant with the symptoms.

Dr Tu she is best , she took the time to listen to the patient, she treated me like she knew me before she’s care et comprehensive.

I never felt rushed in my visit, like the doctor just wanted to get to their next appointment. Dr. Tu really took the time to listen to me and my concerns about my chronic health issues and put together a game plan for me. The whole staff made me feel very comfortable, and I left the appointment feeling seen, heard, and hopeful. I haven’t always had the best of luck finding a good doctor that I felt like I could trust, and I’m happy to have found my new PCP since moving to Anna.

I have had chronic health challenges for over 10 years, and I normally see Dr. Dodge, but I had to see Dr. Tu because he wasn't available. Dr. Tu lacks compassion or empathy. She will hear your words, but she will not listen to the patient, chronically sick patients who have multiple medications and comorbidities should not try to see her, she was judgmental because I see a pain management doctor and psychiatry. I asked for medication to help with rigors/chills at night and she told me that a long-acting benzodiazepine might help, but then said she wanted to send me to a neurologist. I asked why she couldn't prescribe the medication she was recommending, and she said she "didn't feel comfortable," and even argued about sending a referral for me to see a palliative care doctor which was my primary reason for going. She prescribed the wrong dose of contraceptive to my daughter 1 month ago, gave her a menopause relief dose and had to call 5x and go to the office to get it corrected

Was seen on time and she actually listened to me and offered meaningful suggestions. Didn’t rush me or make me feel silly for asking a million questions. First time I’ve seen a doctor and felt completely comfortable.

Her appointments are ON time so there is no waiting. She is very professional and courteous and explains everything to you. She listens to you and offers other options.

Doctor Elizabeth Tu listens carefully to my concerns and discusses the issues with me. She talks to me with eye contact and doesn’t have her head in a computer like other doctors I’ve been to. I feel she cares about me as a patient and provides solid medical care for whatever my problems have been.

I’ve been with DrTu like 3 months & she has not disappointed me. She is very easy to work with….!!
