I was very pleased and impressed with Dr Rommel. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Dr Rommel spent a good amount of time getting to know me as a new patient. She asked me questions addressing all my concerns and asked me things about my health prior to me having to tell her anything.

I used to hold this doctor and office in high regard. But I’ve had an annual physical schedule for a year and they canceled and discharged me as a patient because I missed a few appointments. As someone who works full time and goes to school full time, and also can’t drive, that fact they are not flexible and have no understanding with their patients needs and schedule is very disheartening. “Do no harm” to them doesn’t mean much anymore. Also, if you need to be seen soon because you’re sick, don’t bother calling them. Her schedule is so full they’ll tell you they can get you in a month later. I had a bacterial lung infection and they said to go to urgency care because they had no time to see me.

Dr. Rommel is a very thorough and caring primary care physician, yet she never makes you feel rushed. She listens carefully to me, and her explanations are clear and easy to understand. She genuinely cares about me as a person, and she gently but firmly encourages me to do all that I can to stay as healthy as possible.

My first visit to set up Dr. Rommel as my primary care doctor. She is pleasant, thorough and detailed. Dr.Rommel is also a good listener. All in all, I was completely impressed by her professional and competent manner.

I switched to Dr. Rommel after going to another primary care physician after 20+ years. I was so pleased with Dr. Rommel that I had my husband go to her too. She is so caring but more importantly to us now that we are older, very thorough. She is passionate at what she does and very knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and easy to understand. We are so thankful that we have found such a great doctor. Also kudos to Melissa her nurse who is just as caring.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rommel's for several years. I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable, listens, and explains. I have many complicated medical issues, and it is not always easy to find someone who takes the time to explain and reassure when needed, who will tell it like it is and knows when to send you to a specialist.

Dr. Rommel is a GREAT primary care physician who takes all the time necessary to ask questions, examine me, review test results and make recommendations. She is "calming", friendly and thorough. Her referrals have been with doctors who are knowledgeable in their specialties and just as friendly as she is. I have recommended Dr. Rommel to a few friends!
