Dr. Rancour is very kind & efficient. She takes her time & answers all my questions & concerns. Her office staff are great. Her partner, Dr. Pettersen was very nice when performing a MOHS procedure on me. I highly recommend Dr.Rancour.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Gross neglect to proper protocol of billing and great indifference toward patients needs. Ended up paying a large bill that was never filed correctly with our insurance. Repeated attempts with office staff for correction were summarily dismissed with excuses...
