Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

If I could leave fewer stars I would. Do not use this doctor she is extremely rude and her judgement is highly suspect.

She is a bully will not listen to you. Does what she wants , if you ask questions you get told she's the doctor. I would not recommend her to anyone. She tells you to call office before you go to the hospital. If you do call about something you are asked if you have an appointment Not sure how you can have an appointment if you would cut your hand???

My family and I have seen this physician for over 20 years. She is always patient and kind. She saw my parents at the nursing home and sees us when we are in the hospital. We recommend this physician to those wanting complete, comprehensive care in a compassionate environment. The office staff are always helpful and go out of their way to help when we need it. We have been very pleased with the care provided for us.

Id been seeing Dr Prosser for yrs when I suddenly received a notice in the mail stating that she was terminating our relationship because its not "therapeutic." After calling the practice, the receptionist was unsure why I got the notice. I told her if I'd missed a Bill or something, I'd be happy to pay it, it has been a really hectic summer, I just got married & have been working 60hr weeks. She told me she'd look into it & get back to me. I then got another letter from the dr, this time kind of snarky. Telling me that its because I did not honor my commitment to pay my bills, & that most of the $ they make pays her staff, not her salary. So I start searching through my junk mail & eventually locate a Bill for $84. 84 flipping dollars!!! I'd misplaced it & I would have happily paid it!! But did I get a notice saying "hey, you've missed a payment. Please remit payment or you'll be sent to collections" (AS MOST DOCTORS OFFICES DO)?? no!! Instead, she left me without a primary care Dr!

Dr. Prosser is the first doctor I have ever seen who I thought actually listened to me and was intent on finding the best treatments for my particular health problems. My only regret is that I didn’t start with her practice earlier in my life. I spent years with doctors who just pushed meds and never really knew me at all. A lot of irreversable damage was done during those years. I highly recemmend Dr Prosser to any young person who wants to maintain good physical and mental health.

This Dr is a 5 Star for medical care but a zero star for promptness. I’m Always early for appointments yet always there for 1-2 hours- not counting my 15-20 min early. Ridiculous waste of time

Love the Doc and staff but my prescriptions have not ONCE been called in to the pharmacy when they were supposed to. I’ve had to wait 7 days and make 5 phone calls to finally get them.

Dr. Prosser is fantastic, and I only wish I could give her 6 stars instead of 5. I've seen many doctors over the past 15 years (moving often from city to city); and she's smart, patient, and kind. She's also an excellent detective - finding out what's wrong; and then giving you the news in a compassionate, yet no-nonsense manner. She's able to break down highly complex medical topics and give you the details of what's happening, and she's a great listener.

This is a horrible doctor and practice. They do not take care of their patients properly. This doctor dismissed my grandfather when he said he is passing out constantly. She said that was not scheduled to talk about. She told him that I am not a nurse and do not work where I say I do. She told him palliative care and hospice is only counseling for cancer patients. She is very rude to my grandparents. She has thrown charts across the room just missing staff members. Do not what so ever use her.
