I’m changing doctors because….
No, this office isn’t for me. I’ve been a patient here for a little more than a year and have found Dr. Polsinelli to be a good doctor who takes her time, listens and explains things well. Sadly, she doesn’t care about her patients’ well-being and didn’t mind putting me at serious risk when I needed her help recently. My flight home was canceled, I needed a few days worth of meds to tide me over but she refused to contact the pharmacy because “she didn’t write the original prescription”. I’m pretty certain a PCP is supposed to coordinate all of my health issues and I know without any doubt, she could have helped. Her assistant is nice enough unless it doesn’t suit her, then she takes a nasty tone. This could have been a horrible disaster for me; fortunateIy I was able to find help elsewhere. It’s disturbing that I need to change my PCP and can no longer recommend this office. Perhaps Dr. Polsinelli could use a reminder of the first line of the Hippocratic Oath…Do no harm.

My husband and me are seeing Dr Polsinelli for a long time. We have only good things to say about her and of course all her staff. They call me immediately with results and they are super professional and nice. Is a pleasure to have a doctor like this and the people that work there. Thanks for everything

Dr. polsinelli is a sub par doctor. The office staff is unfriendly and could not even help in the most basic problem.Overall I have had many primary drs over the years and if you have an issue you would consider serious I would not come to Tenent or dr Polsinelli.

Dr. Polsinelli took over as my disabled daughter's primary care physician last year after my daughter aged out of her Pediatrician's office. Dr. Polsinelli has been WONDERFUL. She is attentive, kind, and focused. She asks very insightful questions and has a warm, welcoming personality. I just love her!

Dr. Polsinelli was very professional and knowledgeable. Thankful to be able to get in to see her in a very reasonable amount of wait time from the time we called to schedule to the time we sat in the waiting room to be seen. Would definitely recommend her for someone looking for a doctor.

There's a reason Dr. Polsinelli has 4.9 stars (even though she should have 5!) - she's an incredible physician. She is empathetic, personable and extremely knowledgeable. It is evident that Dr. Polsinelli cares about her patients. She took her time with me, and listened to me - most doctors try to get you in and out, but not Dr. Polsinelli. My visit with her was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. I wish all doctors could be like her! I could not recommend Dr. Polsinelli enough - she truly is a great physician.

After relocating from Miami and doing quite a bit of research for a decent primary care physician due to the limited offerings from my insurance company, I found Dr. Polsinelli. Very much appreciative of how friendly and thorough she was and how she went over and above in providing me with additional information. Not to mention the rest of the staff that also assisted me was very pleasant.

My husband and I relocated to Florida last year and have been trying to find a new Primary Care Physician here which has been a challenge. We both saw Dr. Polsinelli last week and can finally say thank you to Dr. Polsinelli and her staff! Leaving wonderful doctors in New Jersey we had high standards to fill those shoes. I can honestly say Dr. Polsinelli was wonderful, she was knowledgeable, thorough, and spent an hour with each of us which is rare these days in the medical field. We both felt extremely comfortable with her, as I personally was looking for a new physician that was a good diagnostician and not an alarmist which she without a doubt seems to be. Also, I must give kudos to her front desk staff and her medical assistant Sylvia who is a gem. I have always worked in the medical field as an office manager and a front desk staff means a lot to me, and I can say her staff is wonderful, attentive, kind, pleasant and very professional. A wonderful doctor and staff!

After years of being unable to find a decent primary care physician due to the very limited offerings from my insurance company, I found Dr. Polsinelli. I found her to be friendly, thorough and very informative. What prompted me to write this review is a phone call I just received from her office. I have an appointment next week. I had blood drawn on Monday in advance of this appointment. Her office called today just to tell me the results were in, that she'd go over them in detail when I see her, but they just wanted to let me know that everything looks good. I've never gotten a call like that before. Usually the call comes only when something is horribly wrong! I'm impressed more with each encounter.
