Ben
Dr. Paesch has been my PCP for 3 years. She listens and types at the same time, which seems cold, but I've come to appreciate the quality of her judgement, willingness to offer treatment options, minimal reliance on medication, and punctuality. I have seen dozens of doctors prior to being Dr. Paesch's patient for various reasons, and didn't like many of them, so I feel that saying this much about her is well deserved.

Anti-science
Terrible supervisor to her residents, if you're seeing one of those. She won't come out and talk to you during your appointment like other overseeing physicians, but will dictate your care from behind the scenes based on her preconceived notion of who you are. She's judgmental, close-minded, and willing to oppose actual medicinal science when it fits her agenda. She left me without aftercare after a notably complicated spinal procedure with a high failure rate because she decided to disagree with the multiple teams of experts from multiple hospital systems who were involved in my procedure. Horrible traits for a doctor, horrible traits for a PCP.

Excellent Physician
I had been suffering with symptoms that were difficult to explain and had seen multiple providers to seek out an effective treatment plan. While many of my providers dismissed these symptoms and downplayed the need for lab tests, Dr. Paesch reaffirmed my concerns and immediately began testing. She found something within 3 days that none of my providers found in 1.5 years. In a world where so many providers are running on autopilot, Dr. Paesch is extremely thorough, diligent, and has excellent bedside manner. I can't recommend her enough.
