I chose Dr. Natal as my new pcp after reading her grade and concluding that her expertise in women health was what i was seeking. I was called and reminded of the appt the day before and morning of where the clinics/doctors policy was not discussed, ex: time of arrival, lateness. I arrived 15 mins late and the receptionist THEN decides to tell me upon my arrival all of the fine print that WAS NOT DISCUSSED WITH ME OVER THE PHONE PRIOR. I was not seen, called my insurance and filed a complaint!
