Dr Mauricio was very kind and listened. She was up to date on research regarding my particular disease.

I would highly recommend Dr Mauricio
Dr Mauricio was great. She came prepared for the exam and understood my issues. She did a thorough exam and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I have been to a Neurologist and a Neurosurgeon and wanted to get another opinion. She confirmed that I need surgery, but she listened to my concerns and showed really good empathy. I was impressed and left feeling good.

What a waste of time. Ice Queen to boot. My dad is a Harvard-trained doc, and this chic is SO not impressive. Maybe you’ll luck out, but I wouldn’t rec her to anyone I cared about.

Traveled from out of state in hopes of receiving a diagnosis after receiving the run around locally. Dr. Mauricio listened and thoroughly answered many questions I was previously unable to get answers for. She was incredibly fast in her response time on the patient portal. I have no idea when this lady sleeps. Phenomenal doctor.

I was seen by Dr. Mauricio for a nerve issue on my thigh and hand. I was a little concerned based upon some of the negative reviews. I am glad I saw her. She is clearly competent, she performed the most thorough exam I have ever had and has a excellent bedside manner. I would recommend her to family and friends without hesitation.

I traveled 10 hours to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL because of issues with walking and balance. After seeing the orthopedic surgeon and my issue being determined neurological and not orthopedic, it was suggested I go to the neurology department and ask to be put on standby since I did not have an appointment. I was seen by Dr. Mauricio. She did a through exam and immediately started scheduling testing for me. I have seen 15+ drs. the past 2 years and she's been the most through.

She either lies or she is incompetent. She said that my CSF study was normal. It was reported to have elevated other cells and elevated blood cells so she either lied to me or she didn't bother to look at the data. I would not recommend her. She also omitted important information about my visit from her notes. Cold as ice.

Looking forward to having a doctor take me seriously to investigate for answers, I was nothing but discouraged and insulted by Dr. Mauricio's dispassionate, disconnected approach. Although adequate time was spent, she refused to order an MRI for reason of one had been done 2 years prior, stating that imaging would not reveal anything in this pt's case. She concluded that psych reasons were behind my S/S, prior to the MRI and tests from the Neuro I switched to, which did validate my S/S.

Dr. Mauricio was cold. The time she spent with me was reviewing my condition and a short exam. She had not read nor examined any of the medical records provided to her a month prior to my visit. I felt that after my 3 hour travel to get to her office, her exam would have been more complex, she would have taken the time to review the results of testing already done and had a more clear opinion of how to move forward with a treatment plan. I was told by the assistant who came out to speak with me
