Excellent doctor

Dr Lowe explained all the symptoms and what the treatment would be. She made sure that I was comfortable with everything.

Doctor Lowe’s office accommodated me on 3 hours notice for an issue that was really affecting my well being. She was so accommodating, professional and ultimately resolved the issue as if a super sleuth! There is never anxiety when visiting that office!

Dr. Lowe listens and then asks many questions so she can understand what I going on with my health. I like that. A lot.

My son dropped a heavy weight on his finger and opened a deep wound. We showed up at Dr. Lowe’s office at 5:30 PM without an appointment. She arranged for her partner, Dr. Grewal, to stay after hours and put 10 stitches in my son’s finger to close the wound. Amazing!!!

Dr. Lowe is empathic, connecting, thorough and supportive. She has been my primary care physician for 10 years and each encounter with her leaves me feeling even happier that she is my doctor. Her team is very supportive and caring and they go the extra mile to respond to my needs. An excellent experience from a dedicated physician.

Dr. Lowe is very good but the front desk is awful. They always act annoyed when I call and ask for anything at all. And it has always been this way. Please get new employees.

The most unprofessional and uncaring medical office imaginable. From the mean spirited front office to the unresponsive doctors the level of care and attention is unsatisfactory. If you can't service (or care for) your current patients then don't take on new patients

She is my long time physician. Very attentive to what you are talking about.

Time spent with the doctor is fine. Time spent with front desk has been occasionally abysmal. Information to doctor miscommunicated or not communicated; manner is often surly. Occasionally another receptionist is present; any one else is better than regular person.

First visit, and she is great. She is very attentive, concerned and instructive.

She is fabulous. Not only did she see me and take her time, she actually spent about an hour with me and I can not remember the last time any doctor took that much time with me. She asked me all the pertinent questions, and yes I will refer all my friends and relatives to Dr. Lowe! Pamela K.

I have been Dr. Lowe's patient for over 12 years and from the start I've always had her professional and caring attention. She takes time to listen to my concerns and really explains whatever I have doubts about. My health goals have resulted in success due to her diligent follow up. Anyone that wants extra good care will be pleased with her practice.

Dr. Lowe is an outstanding doctor. My complaint is with her staff. Her receptionist has been very rude, disrespectful and antagonistic on numerous occasions. I had to come into the office to talk with the office manager because I have had repeated problems with her medical assistant since coming to her practice: office assistant not following through with calling in prescriptions, getting information sent in incorrectly on prescriptions, not calling me back in regards to questions, bad attitude.
