Dr. Elizabeth Lindsey

Dr. Lindsey is amazing! She provides an opportunity for her patients to verbalize their concerns without feeling rushed and is thorough in her assessment of both the subjective and objective data. She is personable and an active listener..Her patients are active in establishing a plan of care. Dr. Lindsey’s practice is evidence-based and patient-centric. Would highly recommend.

I have been searching for years for a doctor that would actually communicate with me and my issues. Dr. Lindsey is the one. Finally I found someone who can actually help me and she listens. I never feel rushed and she answers all of my questions. Very thorough. I highly recommend her to anyone with GI issues.

Dr. Lindsey is probably a great doctor for routine visits. If you have a major gastrointestinal issue, you should see another doctor. She is not interested in finding the root of the problem.

Dr. Lindsey is an incredible gastroenterologist. I highly recommend her. She provides insight and knowledge professionally. She takes the time to listen and offer advice on any GI issue. I completely trust Dr. Lindsey with my GI needs, and cannot imagine a better gastroenterologist in the area.

Procedure was discontinued before completion and had to be repeated. Insurance denied payment for the second procedure after paying for the first. Then I was billed exorbitant out of network cost for the second procedure. Both times I was assured by dr Lindsey’s office that insurance was authorized. I’ve been had by insurer and dr lindsey no one cares.

Dr. Lindsey, her nurse and office staff were all friendly, thorough, listened, involved me in care decisions. I am so grateful and relieved to have found a good, experienced, caring specialist.

Dr. Lindsey took as much time as needed to listen to me, acknowledge my journey and offer the alternative solutions for which I’d been looking. She assured me she’d be available to coordinate care with my other physicians and collaborate with colleagues if my condition didn’t improve or needed more help. I appreciated her care, thoughtfulness and honesty.

My anxiety was on the alert, I felt like Dr was going to want to order a colonoscopy ? Dr put me at ease quickly by asking questions about how I was feeling and how my medicine was working? Said she felt like I didn ‘t need a colonoscopy at this time. After that I relaxed and she said if things changed to give her a call and she would check me out. Dr Lindsay is a very kind and caring Dr that has her patient ‘s interest at hand.

The office visit went very well, Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Lindsey was not at all too busy to listen to my problems and concerns and addressed each one.

I started seeing Dr. Lindsey when I was in Williamson Medical for continuous abdominal issues and a Hospitalist referred me to be seen by her. I can’t express more than this review her genuine concern and care she has provided for me with my many complicated issues. I trusted her to perform a routine colonoscopy after my colon had been perforated in another routine exam and 2 feet of my colon removed. She has also performed 3 ECGs to expand my throat. She is patient, kind, smart and a great listener. The office staff is super efficient and very nice- always on time.

Dr. Lindsey’s care for me through several stressful health issues made such a difference. I feel she is so knowledgeable and takes time to hear concerns. The communication between doctor, staff and patient is great.

Dr Lindsey took the time to listen to what issues I was having then quickly put a plan of care together explaining each step. The scheduling process for procedures was done immediately and the staff explained before/after care and what to expect. Staff very friendly and approachable. Would recommend.
