Over-charge multiple times unreasonably
To be fair, Dr. Huffman seems to be a nice person and is knowledgable. We visited her 3 times for our newborn's regular checks, and we were satisfied, until we see the bills. Our insurance covers regular checks, but Dr. Huffman finds ways to charge more. For example, during one of the visit, we unintentionally said that the baby didn't sleep well, and chatted a few minutes about the sleep. Dr. Huffman didn't really prescribe anything, or provide any useful advices, just acknowledged that it's normal that babies don't sleep well. Then... we were charged $240 for this (only a few minutes' chat) -- the insurance doesn't cover this because Dr. Huffman claimed that this was something called "level 3" care... Another case was that she charged us almost $200 for a phone call she called us for letting us know the lab test result. Very disappointed. Since then, we switched to a different doctor for our baby, and this never happened again.

Very friendly and prompt in responding to queries through emails. Every time we visit her, we feel secure that our baby is in good hands. Thanks Dr. Huffman for all that you do to our baby..
