Dr. Hatz allows 15 minutes and 1 ailment to be discussed per visit and shame on you if you expect more!! I am used to writing a few notes about issues I want to address while there and she certainly set me straight. Whatever you mentioned when you called for the appointment is what you may discuss!

Dr. Hatz is a kind and caring doctor. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time when explaining diseases and test results. She has been taking care of my elderly mom for the past couple of years. Dr. Hatz treats mother with compassion and listens to and responds to her with love. Nobody could go wrong when using Dr. Hatz as a family doctor. John

BEWARE: Do not smell of lotion, perfume or deodorant or you will not be allowed to see this Dr. I was not allowed to be with my mother during her appt even after I washed my arms and neck of a slight scent of perfume. I even asked people in the hallway if they smelled perfume on me and they did not smell any perfume.I did not get to discuss my mother's health problems as I was not allowed to go with her. They even called in the wrong prescriptions that the pharmacy caught and could not fill.

New to PSL & found Dr. Hatz online. Was asked to give blood prior to appt. on 9/12. Called on 9/12 to confirm my appt. but was told that due to Hurricane my appt. was canceled and would receive a call to to reschedule. Today is 9/18 and I called them to find out when I could come in for my appt. Was given a new date of 10/2. I have been trying to visit this doctor as a new patient for over a month. If you are in a hurry you may want to look elsewhere. Looking forward to posting a better review.

Finding this doctor to go to was the worse decision, she is extremely lazy when it came to my care rushing me out of the room not listening to my issues when I was very sick. Even worse was the manager in that place "kitty" has THE worse attitude of them all, talking down to me, office is a complete mess. STAY AWAY.

Dr. Hatz educates her patients and takes a more natural approach to medicine instead of just prescribing more and more pills like my doctors in the past.
