Dr. Elizabeth Froman, MD

GREAT: Dr. Froman was SO friendly, personable, welcoming, & made us feel like she had all the time in the world for us. My little girl doesn't usually like doctors, but as soon as we left, she said she wants to come back here from now on. :-) NOT GOOD: EVERY TIME I CALL THEIR OFFICE, I AM IMMEDIATELY PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. The day of the visit, we stepped into the waiting room & the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. They should have the carpets professionally cleaned & get new chairs. To be fair, it could have been some of the patients who smelled like smoke, but it didn't matter where we went in the room, it was bad. Mamas of littles, keep in mind that on Mondays & Wednesdays, that's when it gets more "colorful" in the waiting room. I wouldn't have minded as much if my child weren't listening, but the pain management patients who share the office (several were wounded military men) were talking about killing people in combat & they were cursing quite a bit.

Dr. Froman has been my special need’s daughter’s doctor for over 4 years and she goes above and beyond to help explain things to my daughter and me. Couldn’t be happier with the care she gives.

We love Dr. Froman and her nurse Stephanie. We started taking our youngest daughter to her when she was boon in 2014. I know several others that see her, including my grandkids.

We love Dr. Froman! She is thorough, patient, understanding and explains everything well. I'm so glad we made the switch from another local clinic.

Dr. Froman is the best pediatrician I have ever worked with, period. Our family moves around a lot, so we have had to see multiple pediatricians throughout the years, but any time we are back in NWA, we certainly come straight to Dr. Froman. She is kind, patient, and very respectful of parents and children alike. I never feel as if she is talking down to me and she always makes me feel like I am doing a great job navigating the difficulties of parenting. She has never prescribed anything for my kids that was not 100% necessary, and she is respectful of all parenting types, natural, low intervention, high intervention, you name it. The area will lose its best pediatrician when she retires. I fully believe that.

Dr. Froman is the best pediatrician. She is patient and kind and gives the most attentive care to my two girls! She is very knowledgeable and makes her patients feel like they are her number one priority. Stephanie her nurse is amazing as well! So thankful for them!

She has cared for both my children since birth. She always makes decisions with their best interests at heart and gives honest answers. They both think of her as a dear friend and trust her wholly. Her nurse, Stephanie, is also an incredible asset in our children’s care. When I have a question or need advice she immediately knows who my kids are and is always quick to respond if Doctor Froman is with a patient. They’re an amazing team.
