We had a horrible experience with this doctor. She did not take COVID seriously. She put way too much pressure on weight gain when my son was only a few days old and I was attempting to breastfeed and my milk had not come in yet. She pushed me to breastfeed him at the office at our first appointment when I was uncomfortable doing so and was just trying to learn to breastfeed. She ignored the elephant in the room of me having Postpartum depression, and this experience made it worse. We had many billing issues, and would not get anyone to call us back when we left messages. When the storm happened his lab was not done soon enough, so we had to redo his lab work, we were told we would not be charged, we were then charged and no one informed us that we would be charged, when I brought this up to the doctor she did nothing to help or correct this situation. They informed us the Grapevine office would be closing via text message the day after we had been in the office.

We have been going to Dr. Dickey for 12+ and we love her. She is straight forward and she is totally into helping your children grow healthy physically and mentally. She does not beat around the bush and gives it to you straight. She also helps parents better underst and help us be better parents. I love her! I feel like my children are in the best hands ever. The staff is always nice when I arrive and the nurses in the back are nice too espeially when they get shots.

Horrible Doctor and the worst experience possible at any commercial establishment, much less a health care operation. I and my son were made to wait 90 minutes for our appointment while people who came after us were being seen. My son was hungry and needed to go back to take his medicines. We still had to sit and bear the torture. She made a wrong diagnosis about his bronchial issues and suggested unnecessary treatment for it. She even threw the term "Asthma" which made us worry even more for no

Doctor Dickey and her nurses are among the best!!! Both of my kids now 14 and 18 have gone to her - not only does she treat health issues but she also is able to treat ADD type issues. It is easy to get into her Irving or Grapevine office when needed.. We highly recommend.

Mom/dads beware! Consider taking your children to Dr. Michael McCoy in Grapevine before you make a HUGE mistake like I did a couple years ago by deciding to go to Dr. Dickey and her disrespectful, unhelpful and unempathic staff. The office administrator Adrienne Zollo was cocky, rude & compared my medical payment arrangement with paying off a haircut on the spot. They revoked their services, cancelled my payment arrangement/sent me to collections even though I made payments religiously!!

Dr. Dickey was my daughter's pediatrician when she was little. She fell in love with Dr. Dickey and told Dr. Dickey that one day she would like to me like her. Also, Dr. Dickey gave her the opportunity to work in her office two summers while attending college (Baylor). Well, thanks to Dr. Dickey's passion for kids and love for humanity, my daughter went on to become an OB/GYN physician. Thanks, Dr. Dickey for inspiring my daughter. You are a great physician.

We love Dr. Dickey. She is very knowledgeable and very straight forward. If you don't vaccinate your children, do NOT use her. She is open to other methods other than drugs. She listens to your concerns and does not dismiss them. Her PA, Brenda is awesome.

We have been seeing Dr. Dickey for almost 4 years now. there were quite a few occasions that we were not comfortable with the billing. Dr. Dickey is nice but she will charge for things that we would not expect. For example, we brought a registration form from the daycare and ask her to sign during our visit. She asked us to schedule a visit. So we have to make an appointment with her and she signed the form in minutes. we paid over $100.

Dr. Dickey is an AMAZING Pediatrician! She has been my child's Ped For 11yrs in Irving. She was able to diagnosis my son extremely early of a disability that four other Pediatricians could not. Through his life my child has had extreme health issues & she has been able to get us to the right specialist to help him. She helped save his life! Her entire staff has always worked wonderfully w/ his disabilities & w/ compassion, when many have not! Oh & I drive 25 miles just for her!

We could see the Doctor herself only when my child had a well check up appointment and the Doctor didn't have much time with us. Whenever my child got sick, we could only see a nurse. However, the nurse was ok.

I must say that I adore Dr Dickey,MAs, RNS there however their billing team ran me away. Yes I had a balance and I have tried to pay as much as I can on my balance but when I called to set up a well visit for my children they advised me that my account was on hold and denied my children to been seen. She rushed to tell me that I can print off a form online to transfer my kids. Sending over my forms today!
