She saved our son. Nobody else could even diagnose his rare condition. He's an adult now, and a father. She is incredible.

Dr. Brooks is Amazing!
Dr. Brooks is just amazing. We first saw her in November on Friday we were traveling from Pittsburgh we got there a little early because weren’t familiar with the area. We started checking in at the front desk and were told our appointment was on Monday!!! OMG. The lady at the desk said they would call up and see if they could do anything, they said Dr. Brook’s was just leaving but she would see us. Now we weren’t patients, this was for a second opinion. We got in the room, and we feared what would find out and that she would be mad that she had to stay later on a Friday. Well, she is about the most thorough Dr we have EVER seen. She went through everything, diagnosed him properly with things that our other Dr said weren’t related,Here they ended up being completely related. After over 2 hours of speaking to us (old Dr. we were in and out in 30 mins our 1st visit) She asked us if we wanted to be her patient and I was saying yes immediately with tears in my eyes. She is so worth it.

I saw Dr Brooks for 3yrs before I moved away. She is exactly what you need when you or your child is facing a scary disease like JRA. She is so intelligent and througho. Another part I really liked about her is she treated me like I was a part of the team not just filling a chair. I was referred to her when my Dr retired by my cousin whose daughter has JRA. She has been fabulous with both daughter and mother. She understands how hard this disease is on the parents and takes the time needed to them in anyway they need. She educates about the disease her self not just gives it pamplets to read. Can't recommend her enough

For the first time in many years I found a doctor that took her time and explained every aspect of what she believes is wrong with me.. I haven't run across any doctor that was not in a rush and she really listened to what I had to say. In addition, she read my medical records thoroughly while I was in the office with her and asked questions as she went along. Dr. Brooks is an extraordinary doctor and I would highly recommend her.
