Doctor is completely uncooperative with parents concerning your child's medication. Would only write name brand Rx KNOWING that the insurance would not pay and require authorization. Then staff offered a coupon that would supposedly get deductible down to $25. But no, it was $150 because insurance wouldn't cover. We researched best med for child and she REFUSED to prescribe. Office staff is rude and unreasonable. Called to let them know would be late for appt which they said was okay, then refused to see daughter. Then made a new appt, and called on way home to say no, they couldn't make that appt. THEN, had to wait months to get in when my child desperately needed help!And if you change to another location of Pensacola Pediatrics, they drop your child.

This lady is extremely pushy even if you decline something. I told her i did not want my son circumsized when he had his hernia surgery or at all for that matter. She took it upon her self to set up a referral for me to take my son to with GI because he has alot of specialist I thought it was a appointment thag NICU made. That wasnt the case she referred us there to consult on his circumsion and hernia surgery at one time. Also my twins where born at 27 weeks weighing only 1 lb 9oz the other 1lb 6oz when they were discharged from the nicu we had to get them to the pediatrician the next day she was out on maternity leave which was ok. For my babies first 6 visits they seen only a nurse practioneer while there is other doctors in the office splitting her patients. Nicu babies should have been seen by doctors. She is very bad at blaming her wrongs on the parents
