Stay away. Bad choice. UnKnowledgeable
Refers to antibiotics choices as flowers and weeds in a field. Her practice makes bad decisions and puts her patients in dangerous situations that causes more harm than good. Always late for home visits. Be prepared to wait long on hold when you call the office… Nurse Practitioners are clueless to your needs.

Beware of eliza
On the surface this so called Dr might appear friendly but in fact She may lack the depth to be an Appropriate nor effective Dr in most situations. She often seems to lack backbone To act on her patients best interest. Some could view her as ditzy, negligent untrustworthy. Eliza appears to lack effective medical accuracy in situations. A weak medical advocate who appears to have poor referral and follow up skills. Eliza sadly might act in ways detrimental to clients and their families. She may have surface charm but in the end that masks Eliza involvement perhaps even more detrimental. She called be viewed as naive ditzy and ruining lives for families. Eliza appears not to have a good understanding of the law. Her behavior could be construed as heartbreaking. Let’s hope the negative effect she seem to have on patients live and the horrible effect Eliza appears to have on longevity can be somewhat mitigated.

Dr. Thornton is caring and professional. She helped my father until he died last December and she currently is my mother’s doctor. She really listens to my mom and tries diligently to figure out the best course of action.

Dr Thornton and her group are insensitive, unprofessional and inconsiderate. They lose medical X-rays, ignore request and make decisions unrelated to the health history or well being of the patient. I also think they are particularly disconnected and have minimal concern for people of color, their culture or their perception of what their health concerns entail.

I contacted the House Call Group over one month ago to make a referral on behalf of my mother. Specifically I requested Dr. Eliza Thornton. After waiting almost three weeks, I called House Call Group back to inquire about a home visit. Was told schedules are booked and could not give me a date to expect doctor!! I was frustrated and told House Call Group to cancel appt because the process was so ridiculous. Yesterday (October 25th) I received a call/then a VM telling me Dr. Thornton....

Dr Thornton is wonderful and the visiting doctors is a lifesaver for us. Trying to get a senior with dementia, Alzheimer's, heart failure is a hard task and doctors that come to the house is awesome!! On top of that Dr. Thornton is fabulous, so nice, caring, and helpful. She works so well with the patient- we love her.
