Careless Doctor
My mother switched to Dr. Sangmuah as her primary care. She came in with a swollen throat and having difficulties swallowing. She showed no concern, no real tests ran. She sent my mother home with medication for allergies. The next day my mother could barely swallow. She was taken to the emergency room and was transported to Presbyterian Main. Her oxygen levels were low and she had a throat infection. She needs to not be in the Healthcare field if she doesn't care about her patients. Allergies don't swell your throat to this extent. If she couldn't treat she should have sent her to the ENT. If you dont want to be treated by all means come see this poor excuse for a doctor

Great doctor but…..
I have been patient of Dr. Eliza for years. She has been a great doctor to me. Never had a problem. However she has new office staff and nurses. They are not helpful at all, they are rude and make you feel like you are not important. In the past year or so, she has someone else checking the patient portal messages and every time you send her a message someone else answer rude and don’t understand you as patient as she does. Very sad I have to switch but the rest of the staff needs a little bit of training in costumer service. Costumer service matters, Doctors need to pay attention of who they hired because that will make you lose credibility, people like to be treat with respect and care.

I have been a patient of Dr Eliza Sangmuah for just over two years. You will not find a more genuine doctor that takes the time to really listen to her patients.

I have worked in the medical field for 20+ years, so I always do my research before finding my PCP. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Sangmuah. Sh is thorough, competent, and has a great manner with patients. Never the 'doctor with her hand on the doorknob'. She will take time and answer all questions and considers each patient as an individual. Five other members of my family have switched to this practice. Highly recommend.

She didn't take my health concerns seriously. I now have been to 6 other doctors who realize that I do, indeed have several serious disorders that she wouldn't even look into, rather calling me a hypochondriac. 3 precious years of my life were wasted. She is more interested in running tests for Medicare preventative care than dealing with the patient.
