Dr. Eliza Panczyk, MD

I saw Dr. Panczyk because she was referred to me by my PCP for a long time problem I was having, a racing heart. Her waiting room was empty and she had no computer to take notes on, or a scribe. After talking to me for a few minutes, she spent 75% of the rest of the appointment describing her qualifications at length, where she studied, where she got her degrees, etc. I was given a mobile heart monitoring device that would only be active for 2 days, which I knew was not going to be long enough to catch a heart event.She was short with me and wouldn't answer my questions, she seemed annoyed. It was no different at the 2nd appointment where she prescribed some medication. I knew my problem wouldn't be solved by medication and tried to discuss this with her, but it was no use.I saw another dr. and was properly diagnosed with (SVT), a very fast, erratic heartbeat that affects the heart's upper chambers and should be treated with surgery, an ablation. I'm glad I left when I did.

How to start? She doesn't listen, She doesn't prepare or make sure she has your test results. You show up and she has nothing ready but wants to charge you. She blames her staff for not getting the test results. I told her it's her fault for not checking to make sure she has the test results to go over with you. All this woman is concerned with is that you're NOT recording her. All she says the whole time is 'I'M A VERY GOOD DOCTOR' OVER AND OVER AND OVER! We had at least 2 appointments where we had to leave because she didn't have our information for our 21 year old daughter. We were not told till we went back she was not ready to see us. MY DAUGHTER had to go get her own scans/xrays and bring back to her office because as the doctor told us her staff doesn't need to be waiting on a phone getting the info and results. The last thing she told us was my daughter had elevated liver and thyroid. Then said find a new doctor, didn't go over what the test results meant. DON'T GO !

My husband and I both are patients of Dr. Panczyk at Northwest in Sahuarita. She is very pleasant and quite knowledgeable in her field and extremely thorough. Although we are fairly new patients of hers, she has ordered several tests in order to update herself on our present conditions and she always takes the time to answer our questions. In addition, one of the tests she ordered, an echocardiogram for both of us, was performed by very capable and courteous technicians. My tech was Malachi, who I was very impressed with, both his professionalism and his ability to answer all questions. We are very blessed to have this quality of Cardiologist and Technicians in our hospital here in Sahuarita.

I might not be alive if it weren't for Dr. Panczyk. My blood pressure was dangerously high and had been for months. She arranged tests and determined that I had renal artery stenosis. She also arranged for a vascular surgeon to place a stent in my right renal artery. My blood pressure is now normal. I am very grateful.

She explains everything very well. Listens to my concerns. Took me off some of my meds as I was being over medicated prior to seeing her. Feel better now

Wonderful. Dr. Panczyk saved my life. She is very professional and stayed the course when I was in trouble. She is currently working in Green Valley and Vail AZ. Her affiliation with Northwest Cardiology makes her access to the highest quality of care possible. Dr. Panczyk takes her time and follows sound protocols that saved me. She is also a very caring person, that means a great deal when your facing life threating conditions. I would highly recommend this excellent doctor.
