She's cute, but.....
My presciption renewal was held hostage after weeks of asking for a renewal from me and the pharmacy to find out after it was expired and I was out that it would not be renewed until after an office visit.I'm sorry, but that is too late to tell a patient that an office visit is required and it is irresponsible and not indicative of 'care'.

Dr Jno Baptiste is an outstanding Dr.
I have been seeing Dr Baptiste since April 2023. She listens well, is very engaging, efficient and thorough, follows up promptly documenting visits and plans and quickly makes referrals. In a few months we have worked multiple issues that I had concerns about. I have been very impressed. She is an outstanding Dr. I feel blessed to have her as my physician. I had an outstanding primary physician who retired and recommended Dr Jno Baptiste to me. She has exceeded my highest expectations. I am receiving the best medical care I have ever experienced.

This type of Dr. is hard to find.
Dr Jno Baptise listens and take time for you and her to make a plan and follow up regularly to see if the plan is working or if adjustments are needed. I have been looking for a Dr like her. She takes time to listen and ask questions so she can get an understanding of what I am telling her even when she has to ask me “what do you mean”. She is a keeper. I give her 5 starsThank you

My visit was great. She was thorough, attentive, listened to my concerns and very proactive around my current health situation. She was very present, informative, and compassionate. She made it easy to trust she was truly concerned and caring. I appreciate that considering the experiences I have had with other health care professionals. I look forward to her caring for me!

Wonderful bed side manner
Dr. Baptiste is one of the best doctors I have encountered in a long time. She listens and also gives the best treatment plan for each patient. She gives you her undivided attention and I feel like I am all that matters while she's with me. I really love her!
