I have gone to Saks 2x. The 1st time I was in tears before I even got into the room -the receptionist was mean & rude cuz I went to the wrong window. I did say something it was obvious I was so upset. The2nd the receptionist made me wait 10 min & wasn't friendly or warm. Feels awful. Dr. Saks sends me for an U/S 2nd week in Dec. I get a call in Jan from the nurse to set up a time to have a biopsy done and oh she wants you to put you on an IUD. Naturally, I have a lot of questions on the findings and WHY an IUD. The nurse becomes annoyed and tells me to ask the doctor during the biopsy. And oh no site numbing. Even the dermatologist numbs the area. Just take 800mg Ibuprofen over the counter. "You'll feel some cramping." That's not what I hear from other women who have gone through this. Dr. Saks may do this all the time, but it's a 1st for me. I feel like I have no dignity & that I'm not even worthy of a discussion & to understand what is happening. I've decided to move on

Dr. Saks is wonderful and caring ! So happy I found her, she takes her time with each patient giving individual the best care ??

I am so delighted to find Dr. Saks. She has no prejudice towards anyone and is very caring. I had doctots in my life who gave me an attitude just because of my accent. Dr. Saks listens, explains, advises and tries to know her patients. I can't be happier than I already am. She is a wonderful doctor.
