Dishonest and unprofessional
Elise did not do crucial parts of intake and then tried to cover her lack of ethics and legal responsibility by correcting it months later without taking accountability for her lack of professionalism and inability to do her job well. Stay away. She only cares about getting your appointment done quickly so she can cash in.

Terrible
Condescending, does not follow up with patients - though they assure they will. Alarming combination of unprofessional and lacking in basic knowledge and skill.
