The times I have had appointments with Dr. Backer, she has been extremely late and my appointments were rushed to only about 10 to 15 minutes. I felt like I was passed over and my concerns were not met. I felt talked down to like I was not intelligent and knew nothing about my health. I have also had multiple issues getting timely answers to my medical concerns via phone calls and emails.
