Far superior to previous pain clinic!
Real results! Both Bettie DeGracias & Dr. Eliot Wickliff, were thorough in treating the myriad of my symptoms and conditions, with approaches my previous pain clinic had never mentioned or addressed. I experienced increased relief with each treatment. It’s no exaggeration when I say how life changing it is that Dr. Wickliff was able to bring my daily average pain level of 6-8 on the 1-10 scale down to a mere ONE! Thank you to the clinic’s entire medical & office staff for coordinating my care so well!

Better than just relief, real long term solutions
If you're seeking pain relief that goes beyond the band-aid patchwork of pain meds then you absolutely must give the good doctor, Dr Wickliff, the opportunity to help you. I've been with him for going on two years now and I'm not going anywhere else. He and his entire staff know what they're doing.

Doctor needs to rid of front staff
First so deemed treatment was a farce. Never went back. After finished, this worthless 6 trigger point muscle needles went across my back, Bettie Degracia said “now doesn’t that feel better!” No relief whatsoever or any day after. They are still seeking payment for this rip-off. Staff is stupid except for girl named Jessica (friendly, not snotty like other staff). When asked for this person, Staff will not refer to her as Jessy, and will ridicule you for saying this!! We have a daughter named 'Jessica', and call her 'Jessy' for over 50 years now. Office seemingly made a list of future appointments. Then highly chastised me for NOT keeping these of which I never made. Beware! In my case, obviously practicing to MILK insurance for their enrichment.

Knowledgeable & Caring Physician
Dr Wickliff performed a nerve ablation for severe leg pain. The procedure was well explained prior to it being done. He was very concerned about my comfort both during & after the injections. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

From a grateful patient
I have been to Dr. Wickliff three times over the past three years and each time the pain goes away almost immediately and the injection lasts for months. Due to a neurological condition and having fractured bones in my legs, I needed a lot of help getting on the table, and he and his assistant got me up on it and in the correct position. I am elderly and he is so patient and gentle. The staff is friendly and helpful. Five stars for this outstanding doctor and his staff!

Knee pain management
Dr Wickliff listens and remembers what I’ve told him in the past. I had both knees replaced in 5 yrs ago but continue to have pain. I started seeing Dr W about a year after my surgeries, I think, and have received steroid shots approx every 3 months He does a great job w the injections. The deadening procedure hurts sometimes but that’s to be expected. He is careful and deliberate about injection placement and wants to know afterward if I am feeling relief. The shots don’t always last 3 months but the pain is also managed by prescription. Today we discussed a possible option for the future. There can be a wait if he gets behind late in the day. He acknowledges, apologizes, and I know if I needed more time w him he would take that time. I don’t fuss about him taking that time with others. I can schedule morning appointments to avoid a delay. Overall very happy w his care, thoroughness, bedside manner. Some turnover with office staff but no complaints now.

I'd been his patient for years when I had a lab test come back positive for alcohol. I haven't had alcohol in many years. But he wouldn't believe me. I'd just had a lovely visit with him when I received a phone call from a staff member of his saying he'd no longer provide me with pain relief prescriptions. Can you imagine having to give up pain relief? Since I'd been seeing him for years, I was hurt he didn't believe me nor would he allow another test. I later found out, from another Dr., that my diabetes wasn't under control and that would cause the alcohol to be"dumped" into my urine and also cause a positive alcohol test. How could he not know that?

It’s not the Dr.. There’s a lack of accurate communication. Off for 6-12 months and the staff wouldn’t fill out family medical leave on first date of treatment so I could draw from sick leave pool at work. They won’t even tell me why or nothing. What’s wrong with that. Geez. Mis information and miscommunication. I prefer to go somewhere else where someone will help and knows what’s going on. I’m just annoyed about the whole situation. Thanks for the difficulty.
