Doctor Needs New Scheduling Operation
Made an online appointment in October 2023 and first available was January 25,2024. Received a confirmed appointment from online Assistant Holly, and later was notified that the appointment did not exist. This type of scheduling is unacceptable for a professional medical doctor. Be wary of anything this office tells you.

Unfortunately, for an ear dr he’s not a great listener. Arrogant. Seeming not that knowledgeable. Makes you wait forever for a pretty nothing burger response during your visit. AI is coming for doctors like this one.

Long lead time to see this doctor
If you're having ear issues that need imminent (say 2 weeks even a month attention) then don't go this office. It took me 3 months to get an appointment - just a consult NOT scheduling surgery here - and then they canceled my appointment within a month out. No explanation. So guess what, to reschedule, the best they can do is another 2 months out. Thus, if you're in need of ear attention, this is not the place for you. They need to have better scheduling practices. Going elsewhere.

Double deviated septum scam
It is now FIVE MONTHS post surgery, septoplasty with turbinate reduction, and I am still experiencing daily pain in my nose. When I told this to Dr. Stratigouleas at my three month checkup (the one time they managed to schedule me at a reasonable time), he just told me “I’m not a neurologist.” What kind of dismissive attitude is that? If you’re a doctor in a specialized field like this, you should have a little more knowledge on what’s going on in the ear, nose, and throat! I even got a new CT scan post-surgery so they might have a better idea of what’s going on, and I got a message left by the MA that it looks like I STILL have a deviated septum! Do they think I’m stupid? Then what was the point of the surgery? All in all I hope I don’t even think about this place in my worst nightmares. Don’t go here unless you like throwing money and time out the window.

Finally a doctor who LISTENS and RESPONDS.
Dr. S is excellent. Explains his views and offers solutions. I've seen a bevy of doctors these past six months for vertigo, tinnitus, sudden hearing loss. He will do his own testing and conclusions. It took a while to get in to see him, but worth it. Finally have a doctor I feel I can trust, who is informed and cares. Thank you, Dr. S.

I'm writing this review because when I was searching for an ENT, I could not find guidance for finding a competent doctor with good bedside manner. Dr. Stratigouleas is all the above. I never feel rushed in my appointments with him. He comes in explains everything, sits down and makes me feel so comfortable. Being in the medical field I am very particular about my choices of providers and I have been thoroughly impressed, not only by his bedside manner but by his recommendations for care. He sent me to a GI MD that he himself uses and recommended PT for an issue I've been having. He is super thorough and I appreciate that so much. When choosing him as your ENT, you can rest assure that you are in competent hands.

Honestly best ENT in town in my opinion. I came into his office for an ear problem, and during the appointment, I remembered that I had issues with my tonsils. He looked at my tonsils, and scheduled me surgery right away. None of my doctors have seen my tonsils as a problem, ans they were honestly so big I could not eat when I got sick. Dr Stratagouleas took care of me right away, the tonsil and adenoidectomy surgery went well, and I had a very fast recovery time. Dr stratagouleas was also able to help me with my allergies as well. He did an extensive allergy test, and found the perfect allergy medicine for me. I recommend Dr. Stratagouleas to everyone.

Dr Stratigouleas and his staff were amazing! Check in was quick and friendly, his Medical Assistant was kind and professional. Dr Stratigouleas topped off the visit by being the most patient, and caring Doctor. We actually felt his sincerity. He spent a lot of time listening, and did an amazing job explaining what we could expect from todays visit as well as what we could expect in the future. His bed side manner was kind and very endearing making us feel confident in selecting him for our doctor. We would highly recommend Dr. Stratigouleas to anyone looking for solid and positive results for any age patient. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Dr. Stratigouleas!!

6 years of going to this doctor, and I must say, he’s the greatest. Sharp, personable, very competent surgeon too. Frankly, he saved my life, and I am forever greatful. Wish they were all like this guy! He takes his time with you, and very caring. I was bragging about him one day to an appointment setter with Radiology Ltd, and it turned out he saved her life too!
