Without a doubt, the most caring doctor I've ever interacted with. He's personable, genuine, and someone who actually listens to his patients. He doesn't assume anything and will opt to run whatever test necessary to get to the bottom of an issue. He was my doctor in Illinois for over 15 years and I was thrilled to learn he relocated to FL. He has cared for every member of my family.

Ever since Richichi Family Health was sold to Well-Med, we have been unable to get in touch with Dr. Shaheen . The phone just rings and an automated reply tells you to wait, but nobody answers the phone. We love Richichi Health and especially Dr. Shaheen, but have no idea what's going on.

Dr. Shaheen is the best primary care physician in Naples,Fl. I recently had a very serious health condition and he was there for me every step of the way. Doctor Shaheen is the one of the best doctor I have ever had. I love that he never rushes you no matter how swamped his day is. He always makes me feel as if he really cares.

Booked an appointment in October of 2018 for end of January 2019; it was cancelled via voicemail in November 2018. When I called back, on Nov 26th, to re-schedule, I learned that the Physician decided, after Oct 2018, that he would not accept new patients. He was accepting new patients at the time I made the appointment. One star, only because Physician is not accepting new patients; even though I scheduled in early October for 2019.

Dr. Shaheen is professional, caring, knowledgeble and we are so lucky to have someone like him as our doctor. He listens and he is what all the doctors should be; caring and a great human being.

Dr. Shaheen is fantastic! He is very caring and really listens. He never makes you feel rushed and always makes you feel comfortable. He frequently works late and/or skips lunch just so he can spend more time with his patients. He is easy to talk to, friendly and very smart. I live 45 minutes away but gladly drive the distance just so I can be seen by dr. Shaheen. You will have a hard time finding a more knowledgeable or helpful doctor anywhere.

Dr. Shaheen is a perfect example of what all doctors should follow. He is attentive and caring and leaves no stone unturned. He also does something no other doctor does and that is, you can leave a message for him if you have any questions and he promptly returns your message. He is amazing and I am thrilled that he was recommended to me.
