Dr. Eli Rybak, MD

I've worked with Dr Rybak on my family building and am forever grateful for the children he has helped bring to our family. He is kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He makes me feel like I am his only patient when talking to him, and I 100% trust his advice and direction. The office is well run, organized and always there to answer any questions.

Dr. Ryback and his staff are caring, thoughtful and efficient. They have a great system in place to communicate well with patients. His reassuring and calming tone really makes the whole process manageable and doable.

Finding out that you need assistance in building your family is one of the hardest things to hear. Thanks to angels like Dr. Ryback and the RMA team, they make this long and daunting process that much more manageable. My nurse (thank you Dessi!!) was efficient, helpful and responsive, and always clear on what my next steps should. We are now expecting our bundle of joy due in the spring and we are so grateful. Thank you Dr. R and the entire RMA team! .

Dr. Rybak & his entire team has always been warm as well as incredibly patient, detailed & responsive with all questions I had throughout my journey at RMA. They were organized when it came to scheduling all of my appointments at the appropriate office locations & professional at all times. I was always notified promptly about my bloodwork/testing results as well as any required next steps (HUGE thank you to Brianna for being my amazing nurse). From the very beginning (at our first consultation) to the end (when we were discharged at 8 weeks pregnant with a cute RMA parting gift), I have always felt supported in what can be an incredibly overwhelming process for any couple — we are forever thankful for what they have made possible for our (now) growing family & we highly recommend RMA for those who are looking for the same!!

Dr. Rybak is the most caring doctor I ever went to. He makes sure that you are happy and comfortable and is always available when you need him. I was always able to email him with whatever question I had while cycling and he would respond right away. I would recommend anyone who needs fertility help to go to him. He is the best Doc!

Horrible. Dr. Rybak only examined me twice during my entire cycle. I NEVER saw the same physician twice! In tears. I felt like a name on a chart with absolutely no feeling of closeness to my initial doctor. It's like they read a script to get you into their office. After that, expect to be treated by multiple doctors like a conveyer belt. Changing my obgyn because SHE referred me to RMA. The FIRST thing she should advise is if you want a more personable experience, try a smaller office!!
