Dr. Klimenko and her staff are very considerate and kind. I feel like a human when I visit or speak with her or her staff. She is very concerned about the whole person and not just the specific complaint you may have, she is interested in your past in order to learn how to change your future results. Her exams are thorough. I always feel better when I leave because I learn what I can do about changing my own situation and how to help myself. She is a wonderful doctor and very informative. I highly recommend her to anyone truly interested in the root cause of their ailment.

She's a fabulous doctor, I am grateful for her
I'm confused reading some negative reviews, as I have found Dr. Klimenko to be respectful, and an extremely helpful and effective diagnostician and Practicioner. She accurately diagnosed and then treated my ailments when no other doctor was able to identify the root causes.

Dr. Klimenko is knowledgeable about her field, but my daughter's experience of her interactions with her and members of staff were less than satisfactory. There is an "aura" of disrespect. Dr. Klimenko runs late for an appointment.....no notice, no apology when she does show up. Health coach is being told that the texture of a recommended food is creating nausea......rather than trying to figure out another method to get the nutrients there is a condescending tone sounding like lack of patience. This indicates not being listened to or being heard. In addition, there was a very unprofessional handling of a situation in which an office representative gave out information and then spoke to the Dr who reversed the information. So we receive a "woops....sorry wrong info" rather than Dr. standing behind what was communicated and dealing with the training issue for future clients.

Disappointing Priorities!
I rarely ever leave reviews but find them helpful for my own decision making. This time, I found it only fair to inform people about my experience. I REALLY wanted to like Dr. Klimenko. I was eager to find a functional doctor who I could trust and work with long-term. Sadly, Dr.Klimenko kept surprising me with a disinterested, cold, and very much money-driven attitude. I kept giving her the benefit of a doubt, but after a year, I gave up. She seems to be more focused on advertising her practice, creating & financing websites & videos, rather than actually caring for her patients. Her staff is inexperienced, nobody informs you when your results came in, and don't ever expect a quick call/email from her about your results (as any other doctor would do). You have to either schedule a $300 call, or write her via a portal communication service, for which she charges $25 per sentence of hers. I love women in power with a holistic approach, but Dr.Klimenko has simply disappointing priorities.

SCAM Do not go! They will charge you for no reason. I had recently signed up for a monthly plan, hoping to take my mom. For unforeseen personal circumstances I had to cancel my membership, not even 18 hours after I had signed up. Sent them an email explaining I had to cancel for now but hopefully will resume in the future. And they are charging me $150 cancellation fee. No sympathy to personal circumstances, just claiming it's for administrative purposes. I can understand if they have already processed my application, or have offered me some of their services, but none of that had happened. I had literally signed up around 3pm on a Tuesday and emailed them about cancellation at 8am on Wednesday. They've been so difficult to deal with, kept repeating the fact that they have a $150 cancellation fee without any empathy or rationale for the fee. It is quiet shocking to experience this level of customer service in today's society when customer service is crucial to a business reputation. Bu

Dr Klimenko is the best doctor I've ever seen and I'm in my sixties. She has found issues that all the other Doctors failed to find and as a result, my chronic conditions have improved dramatically. Dr Klimenko also reviews your chart between visits and contacts you for further recommendations and or feedback. I've never had a Dr do that. She utilizes many different approaches from Homeopathic to Eastern medicine. I have and will continue to recommend Dr Klimenko to my family and my friends.

Not a great experience - particularly for the expense. She was condescending and did not take some of my suggestions seriously (and so - she did not test for them). Looking back, these issues WERE serious - and perhaps I would have been on my way to healing sooner had she taken my ideas seriously. 2 stars instead of 1 because she did do some helpful testing - however, she instructed me to go to the wrong blood labs for certain tests several times, which delayed results and was frustrating.

Dr. Klimenko spent a total of 30 seconds with me, her patient, and charged me $300+ for those 30 seconds. That's $10 per sec... Terrible service and pricing, her staff were not upfront about the pricing or would have never gone to begin with, and would highly recommend you NOT go to her.
