Avoid Eleanor Sharp at all costs. She did not live up to the quality of care my family and I have come to expect from UPMC Children's Hospital. Arrogant and elitist. Gave mixed information for my child's care, which we later found out was incorrect by several other much better quality medical professions. There was a lot of great people at this hospital, but this is not one of them.

Scattered and felt unheard.
While generally kind, she seemed all over the place when caring for my child. Our family felt rushed, physician seemed scattered and did not listen to myself or my husband. We both felt unheard and rushed.
