RUN FROM THIS DOCTOR
I was assisting my aging and sick father with an appointment prior to the holiday. He has a history of bronchial infections which need attention when he becomes ill. The receptionist was willing to schedule an appointment, but the doctor referred by father to an urgent care. When my father was unable to wait for 3 hours at urgent care, I called back and this doctor still refused to see my father, even after a negative COVID test. As I was on the phone with the receptionist, the doctor sneakily called my father and performed a "phone physical." He never listened to my father's lungs, heart rate or took vitals and eventually referred him to ER. Once my father was seen at the ER, the ER doctors confirmed it was TOTALLY UNNECESSARY for my father to be there and his symptoms were much better suited for a regular doctor appointment. We are now on the hunt for a new doctor in Southern Illinois since we know this doctor will NOT take care of my father.

Extremely Bad Experience
Unprofessional and impolite. Does not listen. Assumes you're an idiot. His rudeness is unparalleled. Don't challenge him unless you want to see a little tantrum. Interrupts you and forgets who is paying his bills.
