Best doctor in Charleston
It is rare to find a doctor as kind and caring and truly intelligent as Dr. Eustis. She started her own practice to be able to provide care in the way she believes it should be provided, not according to some hospital administrator or insurance company’s schedule. While the decision to go to a practice that does not participate in insurance is hard for people to understand as a fellow physician I completely understand and support her 100%. When you think about paying for things like hairdressers, eyelash extensions, plastic surgery and things that are never reimbursed it doesn’t seem unreasonable at all to pay for the most important thing in the world- your health care. She’s fantastic!

Only Cares About Making Money
Dr. Eustis is an extremely bright and experienced doctor. However, over the years, it seems she only cares about getting rich. I went to her because I was concerned I might have a prolapsed uterus. When all was said and done, I had my uterus out, my ovaries out, & an anterior and posterior reconstruction. I've had pain in my genitalia ever since, and all she says is, "I didn't do anything there." She also hasn't been able to get my hormones balanced in 3 years. She made it all sound so simple, but it's not. She won't renew prescriptions without seeing you, and you'd better have things wrapped up in 15 minutes or she bills you twice (because her time is valuable, I'm sure). 3 years later I now have to be on a drug to help me sleep through the hot flashes. After not sleeping for 2-and-a-half years, I finally gave in. That particular drug raises cholesterol levels, and I can testify to that. She also doesn't code appointments as your yearly unless it's a pap smear and no more. Literally.

From my 1st appointment to now almost 2 decades later she is still the only Dr. I would trust with my hormone balance. Horrible! The provider canceled on me three times, including when I was already logged in for a telemedicine appointment when her staff told me she wasn’t accepting new patients. Then why schedule me in the first place!? This is after waiting three months for an appointment. I’ve never had a worse experience with a medical provider.

She is a terrific and experienced physician. She takes stock of the entire patient’s situation and/or symptoms and works in a logical manner to reach a diagnosis. I am very happy that I was referred to her several years ago.

I have been a patient here for several years, but my doctor recently left. I saw Dr. Eustis for the first time on 11/20/19. She was very down to earth, professional, and helpful with my current issues. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The staff is also very friendly and efficient.
