Great Endocrinologist Team!!
Dr. Bannergee first and foremost uses the best tools in her toolbox, HER EARS!!! In addition to her ears she adds great communication skills, not only with her Patient but with other Doctors in her Group. In doing so one benefit comes to mind. It reduces how many times you are stuck with a needle or little ‘plastic cup’ donations. If you’re a new borderline diabetic, type 2 or type 1 diabetic she is the “TOPS”!!! Doctor Bannergee does share her office with a wonderful P.A., Becky. I don’t believe I have ever seen her on a bad day. She bends over backwards to help her patients, always with a smile. I am glad to have them on my side.

BEST ENDO IN CT
Dr Banergee is by far the best endocrinologist I have been treated by for my endocrinogy issues! Dr Banergee listens to her patients completely before diagnosing or prescribing treatment! Great doctor!Love Dr. Banerjee. So Friendly nice talks to you about your. Condition and listens to what you have to say. Goes over everything with you. Love Becky he PA she is also Great

Does not listen.
Ela does not listen. When I tried to discuss symptoms her repeated answer was 'your blood work is good'. She talked over the top of me. When I said blood work is not everything, her response was ' it is to me' . She did not offer any other possible explanation for my symptoms. She looks at the computer all the time. I have been treated for the same condition for 30 years, she is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. I left her practice.

Frustrating
She doesn’t listen to patients! I explained I did not want to take a medication due to intolerable side effects. Twice I left frustrated and in tears because she keeps harping on this. She ignores the issue I want addressed and focuses on peddling unwanted meds!

Doesn’t listen
Despite my repeatedly telling her I do not want to take a medication due to intolerable side effects, she persists. I am sick of being pressured at each appointment. Despite giving her a list of medications and supplements with dosage, she tells me I am not taking calcium. Maybe I should bring her the empty bottles.
